With technology changing and with the convergence of voice and data, the responsibility for maintenance and programming of the Telephone System has, in many cases, now fallen under a company’s IT Department.
In response, ECS is now offering Technical Credits to assist IT people with these functions.
A Technical Credit provides up to 30 minutes of remote assistance. They can be used for troubleshooting, programming, training, etc…
Credits will be available in packs of 5 for $275, compared to our standard remote labor rate of $65 per half-hour.
